Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Daily Goal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Daily Goal is a football highlights aggregator. The app collects and displays links to publicly available video content hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube and others). We do not host, own, upload, or control any video content.

All footage, trademarks, team names, league names, and related media are the property of their respective owners. Daily Goal makes no claim of ownership over any such content.

3. In-App Purchases

Daily Goal offers auto-renewable subscriptions. The subscription title, duration, and price are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings (App Store) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android).
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
• Any unused free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

4. No Warranties & Service Availability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party links. Content may be removed by the host platform at any time without notice, and such removal does not entitle the user to a refund. We are not responsible for third-party content. When you access external platforms, their terms and privacy policies apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app
• Download or redistribute third-party content in violation of those platforms' terms
• Use automated tools or bots to access the app

7. Intellectual Property

The Daily Goal app, its design, code, and original features are owned by the Service Provider. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. App Stores

This agreement is between you and the Service Provider only, not with Apple or Google. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the app or its content, and neither has any obligation to provide support.

Apple (App Store) is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store through which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Poland. You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any legal action or proceeding related to the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Poland.
