Dewa United 2–0 Persijap

Dewa United needed patience before Persijap finally cracked. Goalless and grinding until the 79th minute, Dewa United's push paid off when N. Kuipers broke the deadlock, and Pedro sealed it deep into stoppage time, scoring in the 90+2nd minute to put a 2-0 gloss on the Liga 1 clash. For Persijap, it was a familiar story: winless in five and rooted to the bottom of the table, while Dewa United sit top with 14 points from five games and a WDWWD run that keeps the pressure on everyone chasing them. The head-to-head tells the same tale, with Dewa United having won both of their previous meetings against Persijap. Neither side has a name among Liga 1's top ten scorers this season, D. da Silva still leads that chart with 21, but Kuipers and Pedro didn't need a reputation to settle this one. Watch how Pedro's stoppage-time strike put the finishing touch on Dewa United's night.
