Match Recap
A fast-moving three-minute spell in the second half forced a 1-1 draw between Den Bosch and Almere City FC in Eerste Divisie action. Playing at home against an opponent that had beaten them in two of their last three meetings, Den Bosch broke the deadlock on 60 minutes when I. Boumassaoudi found the net. The lead proved fleeting. Just three minutes later, second-ranked league scorer F. Druijf struck his 11th goal of the season to bring Almere City FC back on level terms. Despite both sides pushing for a late winner, neither could break through again, leaving eighth-ranked Den Bosch and twelfth-ranked Almere City FC sharing the points. Druijf's clinical reply kept him close behind league leader D. Zandbergen in the scoring race. Watch how Boumassaoudi's 60th-minute opener was cancelled out by Druijf in the 63rd minute.
