Match Recap
Five wins from five, zero conceded in the table — Lech Poznan made it a perfect start to the Ekstraklasa season by grinding past Raków Częstochowa 1-0 at home, their fifth consecutive victory that keeps them firmly at the summit with 16 points. The match was tight and goalless deep into the second half before Leo Bengtsson broke the deadlock in the 71st minute, giving Lech the narrow margin they needed to stay flawless. The gulf in the table could hardly be wider: Raków arrive as the only side yet to take a point this season, five defeats from five leaving them stranded at the foot of the Ekstraklasa standings. In their last two meetings, Lech Poznan have not lost, taking one win and one draw, and this result extends that unbeaten head-to-head run. Bengtsson's 71st-minute strike, the only moment of quality that mattered on the night, is exactly the kind of decisive, late-second-half goal worth pulling up in the highlights.
