Match Recap
Nice and Le Mans cancelled each other out at the Allianz Riviera, sharing the points in a 1-1 draw that leaves both clubs still searching for their first Ligue 1 win of the season. Adil Bourabaa gave the visitors a deserved lead in the 13th minute, putting Le Mans ahead in what was shaping up as a frustrating afternoon for the home side. Nice needed a response before the break, and Sepe Elye Wahi provided it, pulling level on the stroke of half-time to send the sides in level. Neither team could find a winner in a second half that matched the first for early-season tension. The result means both sides sit on two points from three games, with identical form strings and identical stakes as the table begins to take shape. Wahi's 44th-minute equaliser, timed to the last breath of the first half, is the kind of goal that changes the mood of a stadium, and the footage shows exactly why.
