Match Recap
Ashley Hay scored twice to make sure Dundee's win over Kilmarnock never looked in doubt. Joseph Bevan put the home side ahead at Dens Park with a 32nd-minute strike, and although Joe Hugill levelled things for Kilmarnock early in the second half, Hay settled it with a goal in the 83rd minute before adding a second deep into stoppage time. The result lifts Dundee to fifth in the Premiership on 14 points, a solid return from five games, while Kilmarnock stay down in 11th with just 8. Both sides arrived with mixed recent form, but it was Hay's double that decided this one, giving Dundee a performance to build on and leaving Kilmarnock to regroup after a first-half lead evaporated. For a Premiership clash that swung twice before Dundee pulled clear, the real story is in the 90th-plus-fourth-minute finish, Hay's second of the night.
