Match Recap
Three meetings, three draws. Gazişehir Gaziantep and Alanyaspor are proving almost impossible to separate, and their latest Süper Lig encounter added another stalemate to the record, ending 1-1 on matchday one. Ruan gave Alanyaspor the lead in the 20th minute, and D. Sorescu's effort in the 61st settled the final score at a point apiece. Both clubs open the new Süper Lig campaign level on one point, sitting sixth and seventh in the early standings after one game each. Gaziantep had not beaten Alanyaspor in either of their two previous meetings, and they could not manage it here either. Süper Lig scoring leader P. Onuachu holds the chart at 15 goals, untouched by either side's marksmen on the day. Sorescu's 61st-minute strike was the goal that made this one a draw worth seeing for yourself.
