Match Recap
Istra 1961 fell behind in the second minute but tore the game apart anyway, scoring three unanswered goals to stun NK Osijek 3-1 away from home. Simun Mikolcic's early strike had Osijek dreaming of a quick, comfortable win, but Antonio Mauric leveled things on 34 minutes and Nik Skafar Zuzic put the visitors ahead right after the break. Dukan Ahmeti sealed it with a 93rd-minute goal that turned a nervy lead into a statement result. The win drags Istra off the bottom third of the HNL table and hands Osijek their second defeat in five games despite sitting third with 16 points. It's a timely answer for a side that had lost two of its last three meetings with Osijek, and a result that will sting at the Osijek end long after the final whistle. Watch how Ahmeti's stoppage-time finish put the comeback beyond doubt.
