Match Recap
Puebla and Atlante FC shared the points in a tight Liga MX draw that swung back and forth without ever settling. Walter Portales put the visitors ahead just before the break, finishing in the 41st minute to silence the home crowd, but Puebla needed only eight minutes after the restart to respond, with Mathías Adrián Tomás Borges leveling things at 53. The result tells two very different stories on the table: Puebla sit eighth with 13 points and arrive on the back of a WLWW stretch, while Atlante remain winless through five games, stuck in 15th and still searching for their first victory of the campaign. Neither Portales nor Borges has troubled Joao Pedro Galvao's 25-goal tally at the top of the scoring charts, but on this night their goals mattered just as much. A point apiece keeps Puebla's momentum ticking over and offers Atlante a rare bright spot in a rough run. Watch how Borges' 53rd-minute equalizer unfolds in the highlights below.
