Valerenga 1–1 Fredrikstad

A late Sebastian Jarl strike salvaged a point for Valerenga after Fredrikstad had looked set to steal all three. Solomon Owusu put the visitors ahead in the 52nd minute, and for a long stretch it looked like business as usual for a Fredrikstad side that arrived on a run of three straight wins and sitting seventh in the Eliteserien table. Valerenga, stuck in 12th with just one point from their last five outings, needed an answer, and Jarl provided it in the 76th minute to make it 1-1. The draw extends the pair's tight recent history, having also shared the spoils the last time they met. Fredrikstad will feel the two points slipping away given their form, while for Valerenga, a point against a team riding this kind of momentum counts as a small step in the right direction. Neither side has a player among the league's top scorers this season, but Jarl's leveler was the moment that mattered most. Watch how the Valerenga forward turned a losing afternoon into a share of the points with his 76th-minute equalizer.
