Match Recap
Bruno Fernandes turned a difficult night into a personal statement, completing a Premier League hat-trick to pull Manchester United from a goal down to a 5-2 demolition of Ipswich. Davis had given the visitors a shock lead at the 29-minute mark, but Fernandes levelled just before the break, and once Greaves pushed United ahead early in the second half, the door swung wide open. Fernandes added his second and third in the 61st and 68th minutes, and Mbeumo, already seventh among the Premier League's top scorers with 15 goals, rifled in a fifth at 82. Akpom's stoppage-time reply for Ipswich barely registered. United had gone into this match sitting 16th without a point to their name, and they leave it with five goals and a captain who decided the game on his own terms. Find the moment Fernandes completed the treble in the 68th minute and see if you can stop yourself watching the whole thing twice.
