El Geish 0–1 Smouha SC

Smouha SC keep grinding out results the hard way. Mohamed Said Makrona settled this Premier League clash in the 62nd minute, poking home the only goal to hand his side a 1-0 win at El Geish. It doesn't look much on paper, and Smouha still sit 19th with just a single point from four games, but wins like this are how a season turns around. El Geish, fifth with seven points and riding a DLWW run coming in, had the better form on paper and will feel this one got away from them. Makrona's name doesn't sit anywhere near league top scorer A. Bencharki's four-goal tally yet, but it's strikes like this, ground out on the road against a team in better shape, that start to add up. For El Geish, the frustration will linger longer than the scoreline suggests. Catch Makrona's decisive 62nd-minute finish and every angle of the goal that separated these two sides in the highlights below.
