Kawasaki Frontale let a lead slip twice and still walked away sharing the points in a six-goal thriller against Kashima. Léo Ceará did what he does best, scoring either side of half-time to put Kashima in front, but Kawasaki refused to fold: Marcio Augusto leveled deep into first-half stoppage time and Tatsuya Ito restored parity again after the break. Instead, Pedro Romano popped up in the seventh minute of stoppage time to snatch a 3-3 draw that neither side's five-game form, level on 12 points apiece, quite explains.
