Match Recap
Charleroi arrived at Zulte Waregem having lost just one of their last five Jupiler Pro League games, and they did nothing to slow that momentum, leaving Belgium with a hard-earned 1-0 victory. Jakob Napoleon Romsaas did the decisive work in the 29th minute, his goal the only one the visitors needed to bank three points and move to 12 from five games, one clear of their hosts in the standings. Zulte Waregem had history on their side, having won the one previous meeting between these clubs, but they could not turn that into an answer at home, finishing the afternoon pointless despite their own solid five-game form of three wins and two draws. Charleroi now sit fourth, their four-win streak intact, and Romsaas' 29th-minute finish the moment that decided everything. Watch it back and see exactly how he put Waregem to bed before halftime.
