Furkan Dursun set the tone early, converting just past the half-hour mark to give FC Thun a lead they would not relinquish, and Nils Reichmuth doubled it four minutes into the second half to put FC Vaduz firmly on the back foot. Marcel Monsberger pulled one back for the hosts on 73 minutes, too late to change the outcome as Thun held on for a 2-1 win in the Super League.
