Match Recap
Juventus made it two wins from two in Serie A with a composed 2-0 dismantling of Parma at the Allianz Stadium, moving the Turin side to six points and firmly into second place after just a fortnight of the season. Nico Gonzalez broke the deadlock on 63 minutes, giving Juventus the cushion they needed against a Parma side still searching for their first point of the campaign. The visitors pressed late, but Teun Koopmeiners killed the contest with a clinical finish two minutes from time to make it 2-0, putting the seal on another dominant afternoon for the hosts. It is the third time in recent memory that Juventus have beaten Parma in a competitive fixture without dropping a single game between them. Parma, sitting 17th with zero points after two matches, now face a pressing need to find something before the season slips away early. Koopmeiners at the 88th minute is the one to find.
