Match Recap
Mariusz Stępiński did the damage twice inside an hour, and Korona Kielce needed both goals to survive a wild five-goal shootout against Raków Częstochowa. His opener arrived in the 20th minute, doubled by Camilo Mena's strike 13 minutes later, and Korona looked in control at 2-0. But Raków hit back through Lamine Diaby Fadiga in the 58th, only for Stępiński to restore the two-goal cushion four minutes later. Bogdan Mircetic's 82nd-minute reply set up a nervy finish, but it wasn't enough. The win lifts Korona to ninth in the Ekstraklasa table with 12 points, while Raków sit 18th with just three from five games, their form reading four defeats in their last five outside a single win. It's also a rare bright spot in the head-to-head: Korona had lost two of their last three meetings with Raków without a win. Watch Stępiński's second, the 62nd-minute strike that finally broke Raków's resistance for good.
