Match Recap
Partizani arrived at Teuta Durrës winless all season and sitting tenth in the Superliga, five straight losses behind them, and left with a result nobody saw coming. D. Atanaskoski struck in the 59th minute, the only goal of the afternoon, snapping that run and handing Partizani their first win of the campaign against a side flying high above them. Teuta, second in the table on 20 points with three wins from their last five, had form on their side but not history: across their last four meetings with Partizani, Teuta have never beaten them, splitting two draws and two defeats, and this result extends that frustration. Up top, I. Kasalla still leads the Superliga scoring charts on 14 goals, well clear of anyone involved here, a reminder of how far off the pace both sides' forwards remain. For a team with nothing going right, Atanaskoski's finish was everything. Watch the 59th-minute strike that silenced second-placed Teuta Durrës and finally got Partizani's season moving.
