Match Recap
GKS Katowice needed a 90th-minute strike from Ilia Shkurin to complete a wild comeback and see off Cracovia Krakow 3-2 in the Ekstraklasa. Martin Minchev put the visitors ahead early in the second half, but Katowice roared back through Bartosz Nowak and Mateusz Wdowiak inside an eight-minute spell to flip the game on its head. Cracovia weren't done, though: Lasse Selvåg Nordås leveled it at 3-3 in the 72nd minute, setting up a nervy finish that GKS Katowice, sitting ninth on 12 points off a WLLWW run, eventually won. Cracovia arrived having lost four of their last five and now fall to 12th with just eight points, still searching for consistency. Katowice also avenged their recent head-to-head record against this opponent, having lost two of the last three meetings. Five goals, three lead changes, and a winner in stoppage time, Shkurin's late blow is the moment worth watching on repeat.
