Match Recap
Millonarios snatched all three points in Cúcuta thanks to a Rodrigo Contreras goal in the 84th minute, ending a back-and-forth finish that briefly looked like it might go the other way. Rodrigo Ureña had put the visitors ahead on 58 minutes, and Cucuta levelled through Gustavo Torres in the 79th to send the home crowd into the game. Five minutes later, Contreras killed it, completing a 2-1 win for Millonarios in Primera A. The result landed hard on a Cucuta side sitting 19th with just 16 points and a DLWWD run across their last five matches, while Millonarios move to 26 points in 10th. It is also the second time these clubs have met recently, and the second time Cucuta have come away empty-handed. Watch Torres pull it level, watch the stadium lift, and then watch Contreras answer inside five minutes to take it all back.
