Song Lam Nghe An 1–1 Ho Chi Minh City

Nguyen Tien Linh gave Ho Chi Minh City the lead inside the first half hour, but Song Lam Nghe An refused to fold at home. Le Van Quy leveled it in the 54th minute, and 1-1 is how it stayed in this V.League 1 clash. The hosts arrive on the back of two straight wins and sit third, while Ho Chi Minh City are still finding rhythm after a mixed start, climbing to seventh with just one win from two. There's history here too: Song Lam Nghe An lost the pair's only previous meeting, so this point carries a little extra weight in the rivalry. Tien Linh's strike continues to make him a player defenses in this league have to account for every time he's on the pitch. Neither side could find a winner after Le Van Quy's response, and the draw leaves both still searching for separation in a tightly packed table. Watch how Tien Linh slots home his 29th-minute opener and see the finish Le Van Quy produced to drag Song Lam Nghe An level in the highlights below.
