Match Recap
Feyenoord turned Cambuur's home into a shooting gallery on Sunday, pouring four goals past the hosts before half-time and never looking back in a 5-2 Eredivisie demolition. G. Zechiel opened the scoring in the 17th minute and L. Valente added a second before T. Jansen and A. Ueda — the league's third-top scorer with 13 goals — struck in the 42nd and 45th minutes to make it a rout inside the first half. Cambuur's R. El Arguioui gave the home side something to cheer, grabbing a brace in the 70th and 80th minutes to briefly threaten respectability, only for Zechiel to end the contest with his second of the day in the 83rd. The result leaves Cambuur pointless after two Eredivisie games, while Feyenoord bank three more points on four for the season. Zechiel's clinical double-strike bookending the afternoon is worth replaying more than once.
