Deportivo Pereira 0–0 La Equidad

A goalless draw at Deportivo Pereira did little to ease the pressure building around the hosts, who sit rooted near the bottom of the Primera A table on 10 points from five games, having won just once. La Equidad, sitting far more comfortably in eighth with 28 points, will feel the point extends a run in which they've lost their last two head-to-head meetings with Pereira just once each in their recent series, splitting the two most recent encounters. Neither side found a way past the other, and with league top scorer H. Rodallega not among the names on either team sheet, chances at goal were evidently in short supply all afternoon. Pereira's patchy DLDLW form continues to stall any momentum, while La Equidad, unbeaten in two, will take the clean sheet on the road as a small building block. It wasn't the kind of match that produces a signature moment, but stalemates like this one often turn on a single defensive stand or a goalkeeper's save that keeps a scoreline intact. Watch the highlights to see exactly how both defenses held firm from start to finish.
