Match Recap
Kifisia had the better of the opening hour, but Aris Thessalonikis stole it in the dying minutes. Bruma put the visitors ahead in the 32nd, Ángelo Sagal leveled things for Kifisia early in the second half, and the Super League 1 clash looked set for a share of the points until Benjamin Garré struck in the 89th to snatch all three for Aris. It's the away side's second win in their last five, moving them up to fifth on 10 points, while Kifisia slip to tenth with just two wins from five and a stuttering WWDLL run. The two sides had only met once before, a draw, so this result breaks new ground between them. With L. Jović still topping the league's scoring charts, neither of Thessaloniki's night belonged to a marquee name, just a late sucker punch from Garré that turned a hard-fought draw into a gutting defeat for Kifisia. Watch how Garré beats the Kifisia backline in the 89th minute to complete the late smash-and-grab.
