Araz 2–2 Turan

A. Salyanskiy had other ideas. With Turan leading 2-1 and three minutes of the 90 left, the Araz substitute cut through and leveled in the 87th minute to deny the visitors all three points in this Premyer Liqa draw. It had looked like Turan's night: E. Hackman gave Araz an early lead in the 7th minute, but I. Wadji equalized after the break and fifth-ranked Jo Batista, among the league's top-ten scorers with nine goals this season, put Turan back in front on 75. Araz, still winless after five Premyer Liqa games, have now drawn three times, and their head-to-head record against Turan reads just one draw and one loss from two meetings. Turan, who came in with eight points and a win in their last outing, will feel the point slipped away. Watch Salyanskiy's 87th-minute rescue, and Batista's neat finish that almost stole the show.
