Match Recap
Seattle Sounders didn't just beat New England Revolution, they dismantled them, and Hassani Dotson set the tone just 15 minutes in. The Major League Soccer road trip only got easier from there: Dejan Joveljić added a second in the 74th minute before Paul Arriola put a bow on it seven minutes later, turning a tight scoreline into a 3-0 rout. New England arrived with momentum, three wins in their last five and sitting third in the table, but Seattle's form, three wins, a draw, and only two losses shading that stretch, proved the more telling number on the night. The Sounders, seventh and now level with that revival in points gained, left Revolution looking nothing like a side that had been climbing. Three different scorers, zero reply, and a scoreline that flattered no one wearing home colors. If you want to see how a comfortable lead turned into a statement, start with Arriola's finish in the 81st minute and work backward through all three goals in the highlights below.
