Match Recap
Joshua King looked set to hand Al Khaleej Saihat a rare lift when he struck in the 68th minute, breaking the deadlock away from home. Al-Ettifaq needed an answer, and Bersant Celina delivered one just eight minutes later, rifling in a 76th-minute equalizer to rescue a point in front of their own fans. The 1-1 draw leaves both sides roughly where their recent Pro League form suggested: Al-Ettifaq sit eighth with only one win in their last five, while Al Khaleej Saihat remain winless in that same stretch and stuck down in 13th. It's a familiar script for a fixture that has split the last two meetings evenly, one win each. Neither Al-Ettifaq nor Al Khaleej Saihat found the breakthrough they were really chasing, but Celina's response kept the home crowd believing until the final whistle. Watch how he found the gap to beat the keeper and drag his side level in the 76th minute.
