Match Recap
Eduards Daskevics scored twice and Filip Hašek scored twice, but it was Auda who came out on top in a seven-goal thriller against FS Jelgava in the Virsliga. Daskevics broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute and struck again just before the break, with Edvin Bongemba sandwiched between his two for 3-0, only for Hašek to pull one back right on half-time. The second half kept coming: Tomas Rataj made it 3-2, hussaini ibrahim restored Auda's two-goal cushion at 4-2, and Hašek's second in the 72nd minute couldn't complete the comeback. The result fits the form book — Auda sit third on 67 points and extended their dominance over Jelgava, unbeaten in three previous meetings, while bottom-half Jelgava's winless run drags on. Seven goals, two braces, and a late away rally that almost got there: watch how Hašek nearly dragged Jelgava level before Auda shut the door.
