Match Recap
Jorge Pombo turned this Super League 1 clash into his personal show, scoring twice, and the second one hurt the most. Kifisia trailed after Samuel Moutoussamy leveled things for Atromitos in the 75th minute, but Pombo struck again just five minutes from time to snatch a 2-1 win on the road. Both sides came in level on points and winless through four games, so the result mattered as much as the manner. It also extended Atromitos's recent dominance in this fixture on paper, having won two of the last three meetings, but Pombo rewrote that script himself. His brace pushes him to 9 goals this season, good enough for sixth in the scoring charts, still miles behind league leader L. Jović's 20 but climbing fast. Kifisia will point to the character it took to answer Moutoussamy's equalizer within minutes. Watch how Pombo finds the space for that 85th-minute winner, a finish that decided the whole afternoon in Athens.
