Real Salt Lake 1–1 Minnesota United FC

Julio Pereyra had other ideas. Real Salt Lake seemed set to end their winless stretch when Sergio Solans put them ahead in the 82nd minute, but Minnesota United FC leveled through Pereyra just seven minutes later to force a 1-1 draw in Major League Soccer. Both clubs left empty-handed in the wins column again, their last five games producing not a single victory between them, RSL on a DDLLD run, Minnesota on DDDLD. The result also continues Salt Lake's difficult head-to-head record against the Loons: no wins across their last two meetings, with one draw and a defeat to show for it. RSL hold seventh in the MLS standings on 28 points, Minnesota ninth on 25, and neither side could make the 82nd-minute lead stick when it mattered most. Pereyra's 89th-minute strike is the moment this game pivoted, and the highlights show exactly how quickly it arrived.
