Match Recap
Constantin Grameni did it twice inside an hour, and Rapid made sure of it deep into stoppage time. The forward struck in the 21st and 57th minutes to put Rapid firmly in control against Arges Pitesti, and although Dorinel Oancea pulled one back for the visitors in the 68th, Andrei Sucu settled matters with a 90+4 goal that sealed a 3-1 win in Liga I. The result fits the form guide: Rapid sit second with 18 points from five games, while Arges sit 11th with just 11 and still no win on the board. Rapid have now gone unbeaten in three meetings with Arges, winning once and drawing twice before this one. Grameni's brace was the difference, but it's Sucu's stoppage-time strike that's worth rewinding for, watch it in the highlights below.
