Match Recap
Raith Rovers didn't need late drama here, just two well-timed strikes to keep their push toward the Championship top spots rolling. S. Brown broke it open in the 31st minute, and K. Turner put it beyond doubt on 66 to make it 2-0 at home over Queen's Park. The result fits a pattern: Raith have now won both of their recent meetings with Queen's Park, and the form table backs that dominance up, with the hosts sitting second on 17 points off a WLDWW run while Queen's Park remain stuck in ninth after just one win in five. League leading scorer R. Muirhead and his 8 goals sat this one out, but Brown and Turner didn't need the spotlight to do the damage. For Queen's Park, it's another night of answers needed rather than points won. Catch both goals, Brown's opener and Turner's second-half clincher, in the highlights below.
