Eskişehirspor 4–1 Akşehirspor

Haluk Kaya put the finishing touches on a rout, scoring twice as Eskişehirspor tore apart Akşehirspor 4-1 in the Türkiye Kupası. The home side needed only six minutes to get going, O. Arslantas poking home the opener before A. Yildirim doubled the lead by the 19th minute. Akşehirspor pulled one back through U. Ozder just before the half, but it barely slowed the home side down. Eskişehirspor regained total control in the second half as Kaya struck in the 71st and again in the 78th to turn a comfortable lead into a one-sided demolition. Five goals, one clear winner, and a performance that never let Akşehirspor settle. None of the scorers sit among the league's top ten, where M. Diarra still leads the way with 32 goals, but that didn't matter on a night Eskişehirspor made look easy.
