Match Recap
Palestine didn't just beat China in this friendly, they dismantled them. Ahmed Al Hamlawi struck twice inside the opening half-hour, and Oday Dabbagh matched him goal for goal either side of the break, turning a routine fixture into a one-sided demolition long before full time. Ammar Al Qaq added a fifth deep into stoppage time to put a definitive stamp on the 5-0 scoreline. Al Hamlawi's brace puts him at five goals for the season, good enough to rank second among the league's top scorers behind Lautaro Martinez, and on this evidence he's not far off the pace. Five goals, four different phases of the game, zero reply from China, this wasn't a scrappy win, it was a statement in a friendly where nobody expected fireworks. Head to the highlights to watch Al Hamlawi's quickfire double and Dabbagh's response before Al Qaq's stoppage-time finish rounds off the rout.
