Match Recap
Inter were two goals down inside six second-half minutes and still found a way to win. Napoli struck twice in quick succession through Matteo Politano (50') and Rasmus Hojlund (53') to seize control at the San Siro, but Lautaro Martínez pulled one back just three minutes later and Marcus Thuram levelled in the 82nd. Then, in stoppage time, Lautaro struck again to complete the turnaround and seal a 3-2 victory that keeps Inter second in Serie A with nine points from three perfect wins. It was the captain's second of the night and his 16th Serie A goal of the season, making him the division's second-highest scorer. In their last two meetings Inter had not beaten Napoli once, but they did it the hard way this time. Watch Lautaro's 90+1 winner to see exactly how close this one came to slipping away.
