Match Recap
D. Gonzalez Ballesteros broke Cordoba hearts right on the final whistle, completing a rollercoaster comeback as Burgos claimed a 3-2 Segunda División win that swung three times in ninety breathless minutes. Cordoba struck first through Y. Diarra in the 11th, but Burgos rallied with A. Fores at 24 and J. Llabres at 37 to flip the game on its head. Then E. Garcia struck deep into first-half stoppage time, at 45+5, to make it 2-2 and drag the visitors right back into it. The second half built to its inevitable, agonizing peak. Gonzalez Ballesteros converted in the 90th to hand Burgos all three points and send Cordoba, already bottom of the early table, away with nothing. Fores, now among the top ten scorers in the division, had his name on the sheet too, but it is that injury-time Burgos leveler and the 90th-minute finish that are the two moments you have to watch.
