Ried 4–1 Wolfsberger AC

Ried didn't just beat Wolfsberger AC, they buried them inside forty minutes. Ante Bajic opened the floodgates after three minutes, Evan Eghosa Aisowieren doubled it by the ninth, and Stefan Schwab's strike right on the half-hour mark turned a fast start into a rout before the break. Isaac Thelin added a fourth late on, and Matteo Kitz's 87th-minute reply for Wolfsberger AC did nothing but adjust the scoreline. Neither side arrived with much form behind them, both sitting on five points and a single win between them in the Bundesliga table, but only one team showed up ready to play. It fits a pattern too: Ried have now won two of their last four meetings with Wolfsberger AC, and this was the most emphatic yet. Four different scorers, a 4-1 scoreline, and a Wolfsberger AC side that never found an answer. Watch how Bajic and Aisowieren tore the game open inside nine minutes, then judge for yourself when Wolfsberger AC's resistance actually broke.
