Match Recap
Pavel Kacor's 90th-minute leveler denied Fenerbahce a win that looked secure for most of the night, turning a tense UEFA Champions League clash into a 2-2 finish. Oğuz Aydın and Mason Greenwood struck early, in the 4th and 11th minutes, to put Fenerbahce two goals up before Lukáš Provod dragged Slavia Praha back into it on 15 minutes. From there Fenerbahce nursed a 2-1 lead deep into stoppage time, only for Kacor to pounce right at the death and snatch a point nobody saw coming that late. Both sides needed this result badly: Fenerbahce sit 28th with just one point from two games and a loss-draw run, while Slavia Praha, 31st and still winless after two straight defeats, are desperate for any sign of life in this competition. A share of the spoils, four goals, and a finish that will sting one dressing room more than the other. Watch how Kacor beat the clock for that stoppage-time equalizer below.
