Match Recap
Cristian Ganea needed just five minutes to put Farul Constanta in front, and by the half-hour mark Matteo Ahlinvi had doubled the lead before Alejandro Bran pulled one back for Petrolul Ploiesti. That reply never threatened a real comeback. Farul controlled the Liga I clash from there, and Răzvan Marincean's 89th-minute strike wrapped up a 3-1 win that extends their dominance over this opponent, a perfect record now stretched to three wins in as many meetings. The table tells a trickier story: Petrolul sit fourth on 19 points with three wins from five, while ninth-placed Farul have managed only one win in the same span. None of that mattered on the pitch, where Ganea's early strike set the tone and Farul never let go. For a side still searching for consistency in the league standings, this is the kind of result that buys patience. Watch Ganea's fifth-minute opener and Marincean's late sting to see exactly how Farul turned a shaky season into three points.
