Match Recap
Georgios Koutsias and Marcos Vinicios Lopes Moura each scored twice as Famalicao tore through Nacional's defense in a one-sided Primeira Liga demolition. Koutsias opened the floodgates in the 7th minute, Vinicios doubled the lead six minutes later, and by half-time Koutsias had his second to make it 3-0. Vinicios added the exclamation point in the 67th minute, turning what was already a rout into a statement. It continues an ugly pattern for Nacional against this opponent, who have now lost both of their last meetings with Famalicao. Neither side arrived flying: Nacional sit 14th on four points with just one win in five, while Famalicao, 12th with the same points tally, are still searching for a first victory of the season despite the emphatic scoreline. With L. Suárez's league-leading 26 goals nowhere near this contest, it was Famalicao's front two who did the damage, four goals between them and two of them inside the opening quarter-hour. Watch how Koutsias and Vinicios dismantled Nacional goal by goal.
