Match Recap
SC Braga finally snapped out of a slump in the ugliest way possible for Famalicao, dismantling them 3-0 in a one-sided Primeira Liga demolition that never looked in doubt after halftime. Ricardo Horta broke the deadlock in the 53rd minute, Víctor Rofino Gordo doubled the lead on 67, and Pau Victor, the division's fifth-highest scorer with 14 goals, put the finishing touch in the 88th. Braga arrived with just one win in their last five league games, so this result was exactly the response their stuttering form needed, while Famalicao's own run, two wins, two draws and a loss in their last five, came apart completely. Recent history offered a hint of what was coming: Braga have taken a win and a draw from their last two meetings with Famalicao, never losing to them. Pau Victor's late strike was the cherry on top, pushing him further up a Primeira Liga scoring chart still topped by L. Suárez's 29 goals. Watch how Braga tore Famalicao apart in the second half, capped by Pau Victor's clinical 88th-minute finish.
