Match Recap
SC Braga led, then watched it slip away. Pau Victor put the hosts in front in the 33rd minute, and he's no bystander this season, sitting fifth in Primeira Liga's scoring charts with 13 goals. But Gil Vicente had other ideas. Walace França leveled things four minutes into the second half, and Diogo Martins Travassos turned the game on its head in the 72nd, completing the comeback and sending Gil Vicente back to Barcelos with all three points. It's a result with history behind it too: Braga's last meeting with this opponent also ended in defeat, so the head-to-head record now reads a clean loss streak against Gil Vicente. Both sides sit level on 11 points, but Gil Vicente's win lifts them to 7th, two places above Braga in 9th. A false dawn for the home crowd, a statement away day for the visitors. Watch how Travassos' 72nd-minute strike unraveled Braga's lead in the highlights below.
