Match Recap
Golden Arrows arrived at Siwelele's ground sitting seventh in the Premier Soccer League and four points better off than their hosts, and for 12 second-half minutes they looked set to extend that gap when Philani Kumalo put them ahead on 49 minutes. Siwelele, still winless after five league games, pushed back. Christian Saile Basomboli equalised at 61, and T. Sesane added another at 67 in a chaotic closing stretch that finally settled at 1-1. It is only the clubs' second meeting on record, their first also ending level, suggesting these sides know exactly how to cancel each other out. Golden Arrows hold seven points from five outings while Siwelele stay on three and are still chasing their first win of the season. Sesane's 67th-minute finish, tucked away with the hosts pressing for more, is the exact moment worth finding in the highlights.
