Lexington 6–0 Orange County SC

Lexington didn't just beat Orange County SC, they buried them, and Patrick Goodrum did most of the digging. His hat-trick, three goals in a 6-0 romp inside Lexington's own USL Championship result, put him top of the league's scoring chart with six for the season. He opened the scoring in the 9th minute, doubled it in the 24th, and closed it out in the 49th, sandwiching a Miguel Epps strike in the 15th and a Nick Firmino goal in the 35th before Marlon Tschantret added a sixth in the 85th. Orange County, without a win in five and sliding to seventh, had no answer all afternoon. Lexington, fourth in the table on 37 points despite a rough patch of their own, needed exactly this kind of statement. Six goals, five different phases of the game, one player doing the work of a front three. Watch Goodrum's second, a 24th-minute finish that turned a good afternoon into a rout, and see how Lexington never let up.
