Match Recap
Celtic thought they had clawed level in this UEFA Europa League clash, only to concede twice in the three minutes either side of half-time and hand Ferencvarosi TC control for good. Bamidele Isa Yusuf's 20th-minute finish gave the Hungarian visitors an early lead before Celtic Park roared as Mika Baur drew the hosts level right on the stroke of half-time. The celebration barely settled before Kristoffer Zachariassen restored Ferencvaros's advantage in first-half stoppage time, and Daniel Arzani doubled the damage just two minutes into the second half, turning 1-1 into 1-3 before Celtic could regroup. Celtic sit 16th without a win to their name, while Ferencvaros, two places lower in 18th, arrive full of momentum, unbeaten in their last five with three wins and two draws. Isa Yusuf lit the fuse, but it's that stoppage-time sucker punch and Arzani's early second-half strike that broke Celtic, and both are worth watching back in full.
