Match Recap
Angel Granchov ended a rut that had gripped both sides for weeks, scoring the only goal of the afternoon in the 58th minute to hand Lokomotiv Sofia their first win in five outings, a stretch that had brought only draws and defeats until now. It came against Spartak Varna, who sit eighth in the First League on 10 points but had themselves gone five without a win, their own form reading three draws and two losses. The head-to-head had favored the hosts, too, Spartak Varna unbeaten over the pair's last two meetings, which makes Granchov's strike a break from the pattern. For Lokomotiv Sofia, 14th on just 4 points, it's a rare bright spot in a rough start to the season. Watch how one 58th-minute finish from Granchov flipped two losing streaks at once.
