Match Recap
Viktor Ekblom's brace in the space of four minutes settled a six-goal thriller as Orgryte IS came from behind to beat Gais 4-2 in Allsvenskan. Liam Filip Andersson had given Orgryte the lead early, but Anes Cardaklija and Robin Wendin Thomasson struck either side of half-time to put Gais in front, 2-1, right after the restart. Tobias Sana dragged Orgryte level in the 60th minute before Ekblom took over, netting in the 70th and 74th to turn the game on its head. The result flips the table picture on its head too: Gais arrived sitting 15 points and five places above Orgryte, with two wins in their last five against Orgryte's none, yet it was the home side that found the late goals when it mattered. Orgryte also avenged their only previous meeting with Gais, a defeat. Six goals, a two-goal deficit erased, and a striker who decided it in a four-minute burst, watch exactly how Ekblom turned Orgryte's day around in the goal videos above.
