Match Recap
Universitatea Craiova let a lead slip right at the death in the UEFA Europa Conference League, drawing 1-1 with Getafe after A. Al Hamlawi's 59th-minute strike was cancelled out by N. Gudelj in the 81st. Craiova had done the hard part, breaking the deadlock midway through the second half and looking set to hold on, only for Getafe to find a way back with ten minutes left on the clock. The Spanish side sit 11th in the group standings, well above Craiova's 33rd, and this point keeps that gap from widening further. Neither team has lifted itself clear of the pack yet, and a share of the spoils will feel like a fair reflection of how the night swung from one box to the other. T. Parrott remains the league's top scorer with 10 goals, but it was two very different finishers who decided this one. Watch how Gudelj's late leveler unfolds in the 81st minute, the moment that turned a Craiova win into a shared point.
