Lexington 3–1 El Paso Locomotive

Lexington turned a tense first half into a statement win over El Paso Locomotive, hauling in the USL Championship's top-of-the-table leaders and taking them apart 3-1. Xavier Zengue broke the deadlock in the 32nd minute, only for Abdi Moreno to level things up for El Paso five minutes later, and for a while it looked like the league leaders would ride that parity home. They didn't get the chance. Peyton Goodrum, the division's leading scorer with eight goals now, restored Lexington's edge in the 62nd minute before Bernard Rodrigues sealed it four minutes after that, turning a one-goal nerve-fest into a comfortable scoreline. The form lines tell the real story here: Lexington arrived on a two-game skid, sitting fifth, while El Paso had won four straight and sat top of the USL Championship table. None of that mattered once Goodrum and Rodrigues got going. Watch how Goodrum's 62nd-minute strike shifts the entire momentum of this one, and see the Lexington goal that no one saw coming.
