Plaza Amador 3–0 UMECIT

Plaza Amador turned a routine home game into a statement win, shutting out UMECIT 3-0 in the Liga Panameña de Fútbol to cement their grip on top spot with 31 points. The first hour was tight, but H. Rios broke the deadlock on 65 minutes — his eighth goal of the season, ranking him sixth among the division's leading scorers — and UMECIT, who came in third in the table but had drawn four of their last five, never recovered. A. Quintero then made it three on 90 minutes and J. Lara added a third in stoppage time, the closing flurry turning a controlled performance into something emphatic. Plaza Amador had only won once in their four previous meetings with this opponent, with two draws and a defeat to show for the rest, so this felt like a settling of scores.
